If you were the victim of, or witnessed, a breach of the EPSC Code of Conduct, please take the time to report it to the Europlanet Society by filling the form below. Any information you provide will be treated in the strictest of confidence. If you wish to remain anonymous please use “Anonymous” as your name, however, we will not be able to follow up with you without a working email address.

You will be contacted within 12 hours to arrange a time for a face-to-face meeting or to speak by telephone with a senior representative of the Society.
