EPEC Finances Group

The Finances Working Group focuses on building the link between EPEC and Europlanet’s financial office.

Roles and responsibilities are:

• Handling the expenses and budget over EPEC Annual Week and early career activities during EPSC.
• Keeping a record of the budget and expenses of EPEC’s activities throughout the year.
• Maintaining a yearly report of the expenses and its evolution through the years.
• Ensuring that the payments and reimbursements are carried out in a timely manner.
• Acting as the contact point for funding, reimbursement issues, information about costs of past events, etc.
• Finding budget/sponsors via Europlanet to handle any additional expenses occurring from the various working group activities throughout the year.
