Applications are now open for the Europlanet Outreach Funding Scheme 2016 and Europlanet Prize for Public Engagement 2016.
About the Europlanet Funding Scheme 2016
Europlanet awards grants of between 5 000 and 15 000 Euros to fund projects to engage the public with planetary science. Through the funding scheme, Europlanet aims to encourage new ways of bringing planetary science to audiences across Europe and inspire the next generation of scientists and engineers. The call for applications is now open and closes on 30th April.

About the Europlanet Prize 2016
The Europlanet Prize for Public Engagement recognises achievements in engaging European citizens with planetary science. The Prize of 4 000 Euros is awarded annually to individuals or groups who have developed innovative practices in planetary science communication and whose efforts have significantly contributed to a wider public engagement with planetary science. The call for nominations for the 2016 Europlanet Prize is now open and closes on 30th April.
