The call for the EPSC-DPS2025 and EPSC2026 venues will open in January 2023​

Do you want to host the next EPSC meeting?​

These are some things to consider:

• Conference centre capacity: ​
  • 1500 – 2000 participants for the EPSC-DPS2025 joint-meeting​
  • 1000 – 1500 participants for the EPSC-2026 meeting ​
• Hybrid meeting: video & audio recording and streaming capabilities​
• Enabling diverse and inclusive participation​
• Pandemic measures: efficient air ventilation, HEPA filters ​
• Active Local Organising Committee! We will need your help!​
• Priority to locations that have not hosted EPSC before, especially in central, east and south-east Europe​
