DPS-EPSC Joint Meeting 2023 Bursary Application Form

The Europlanet Society is providing a limited number of bursaries for Members to attend the DPS-EPSC Joint Meeting 2023.

The deadline for applications was 4 August 2023. Participants will be notified by 11 August 2023 to allow them to register by the early-bird deadline.

• Successful applicants for in-person bursaries will receive a grant of up to €1,500, supported by the presentation of invoices/receipts for registration, travel and accommodation up to that amount, to be reimbursed after the meeting.
• Successful applicants for virtual bursaries will receive reimbursment of their registration fee, supported by the presentation of their invoice for registration, to be reimbursed after the meeting.

Bursaries are open to Members of the Europlanet Society that are one of the following categories:

• Students or Doctoral candidates
• Early Career Professionals (within 7 years of last degree)
• Amateur astronomers
• Researchers from Under-Represented States *.
